Why kittens are better than babies

My little monkey.

My kitten, Sekhy has been troubling me a lot lately. She keeps jumping onto my back or shoulder any chance she gets. And her claws are sharper than a blade. I'm not kidding. She ran over my foot yesterday and it started bleeding. Thankfully her claws are tiny, otherwise I would have big, visible scratches on me instead of tiny ones. But then, I always am thankful that she's a kitten and not a baby. Kittens beat babies hands, sorry, paws down any day. To prove it to you, here's a list of reasons how kittens are better than babies. And if you're a new mom and find the list offensive, get a kitten. :)

Why kittens are better than babies:
  1. You don't need to change diapers.
  2. They don't keep you up all night because of their crying.
  3. They don't grow bigger after a certain age.
  4. They can never, ever, learn to talk.
  5. They purr.
  6. They're cheaper.
  7. If you don't like them, you can return them to the adoption place.
  8. They're not fussy eaters and you don't have to feed them by hand.
  9. You can leave them alone at home and go out.
  10. They don't need to be bathed daily.
  11. You never have to worry about them growing up and crashing your car.
And the one reason babies are better than kittens:
They can't jump.

Have a good week!
