Flamingos and Turquoise.

Bahrain is home to many species of birds. Amongst them, 1 species of flamingos. I'd been seeing these elegant long birds fly overhead in a V formation everyday on the way back from work and I decided, enough is enough. I have to go see them myself. And I have to do a shoot where they are. We found a
beautifully serene spot in Sitra where a few flamingos and other birds were, and where we could also take pictures.

If you notice the first photo closely, you'll see a white speck on the right in the water behind me. That's the flamingo, below. {Hurrah for zoom lenses!} We also spotted some cranes and other birds we couldn't identify.

Beautiful, aren't they?
