This outfit is for one of my oldest fans, Noel, who requested me to do a blue-on-blue look. So I paired this satin top of my own design with this pencil skirt from Coast. I love that both are the same color but different textures. The matte of the skirt really sets off the shiny satin of the blouse. I kept the jewelry to a minimum as I wanted the color to stand out. Black pumps and a black clutch were the perfect neutrals to balance the color overdose. This is also one of the most comfy formal outfits I've put together. The satin top felt light as air on my skin and since the skirt's material has the perfect stretch and the stitching is high quality, it was easy to move in it. Like I always say, pay more, buy less.
