It's gone from Spring to Summer very, very quickly. Of course, technically, here in Bahrain we have no Spring but I like to make myself happy thinking we do. Although I'm relieved there's a cool breeze, the sun is beating down hard. To put it simply: IT'S HOT! And a skater dress is sooo light and comfy in this weather. Since this dress is one color all over, I added interest with this gorgeous butterfly and floral print scarf that I got for my birthday from a mother and daughter that attend my classes. I added more color with these orange booties and my red handbag. I kept the accessories very minimal, with just one bangle and pearl studs. This outfit is perfect for running errands on the weekends or meeting friends for coffee. Which I did.

I looove that dress! Skater skirts are so easy to style! and those shoes...they kind of scare me with their height but I feel like they're pretty comfy!
