Only 7 sleeps to go for my vacation! WOOOHOOO! I'm beyond excited! I'll tell you where I'm going in the next post, I promise. Moving on to what I'm wearing, I wore this mint pussy-bow blouse under a sleeveless gray pencil dress to multi-task both my top and dress. I love the idea of wearing shirts under dresses, especially ones with pussy-bows so the bow hangs out. I tucked the corners of the dress's neckline under, so I'd have a clean V for the top underneath.
This is a great way to wear your sleeveless dresses to work especially if sleeveless is not considered appropriate at your office {or if your office is too cold and you don't want to wear a jacket}. And it's a great way to re-use your dresses and shirts. I kept the jewelry simple and minimal, and wore black peep-toe heels keeping with the work look. My red bag adds a pop of color and contrasts well with the mint. And of course, red lipstick is the finishing touch!
