It was a beautiful day in Mississauga to wear this gorgeous lavender dress. The sun was shining and there was a cool breeze blowing. I love the cut and simple design of the dress, and of course, the beautiful color. The material is nice and light so it's great for summer. I accessorized with golden jewelry as the combination of gold looks great with purple shades. So a hammered gold necklace, a simple chain bracelet, heart-shaped earrings and my vintage watch compliment the dress. I chose to finish the look with these ankle-strap pumps with it as the dress' hem is higher than my knees, so the ankle-strap doesn't shorten my legs, and the heels are dressy and feminine too, adding to the whole look.
On another note, just a week left for my holiday here in Canada. You'll be seeing a few more travel posts and then it's back to the outfit posts!
