Here's a roundup of a few daily ensembles I shared on my instagram. Of course, I've worn many outfits other than these but the past few weeks have been so hectic that I haven't had the time to take a photo! If you follow my instagram then you know that I've been posting very few photos there as well. My brain just gets so tired with work and everything else that I don't want to think about what I'm going to post on instagram. Do you experience this?
I paired this baggy light blue blouse with a black midi skirt for a fast and simple work outfit. Round toed black pumps completed the look and I grabbed my magenta bag for a bright touch.
A top and baggy jeans is my go-to for weekend casual, and these tie-up lace espadrilles from Asos are heavenly! My sunglasses are vintage Dior. They're my grandmother's frames which I got made to sunnies.
I contrasted the deep navy of this silk button-down with the pale blush of the trousers in a colorful work chic look. Minimal gold accessories and metallic gold heels completed the look. With all the color in the clothes, only a neutral bag would do.
I love the colors in this skirt but decided to tone them down with a black top with 3/4 sleeves. A stacked necklace really pops against the black and adds interest. I finished with these Asos espadrilles for a cute, casual look.
This was a particularly hot day where I was rushing around and the easiest thing to throw on on such days is an LBD. I went classic by pairing it with statement pearl earrings and finished with a red handbag for color.
We were showing visiting family around Bahrain on a Friday and I paired my favorite floral skirt with a white top and a thin pink belt. There was a lot of walking involved so of course, only these espadrilles would do!
Looking back at these photos I realize I've worn these espadrilles a lot! But a note of caution though- I've bought a few pairs of shoes from Asos but the sizing and the look of the shoe from the website and in real life is not consistent. I've had to return a few pairs too. I got lucky with these espadrilles. I won't be getting any more footwear from Asos.com. Lesson learned.
Until next time, xoxo
