It's incredible how the perfect pencil dress just makes your work day that much better. When you're wearing something that fits well, is comfortable, and looks professional to boot, you feel great! This nude/ blush pink dress from ASOS {on 60% discount now!} has become one of my favorite pencil dresses. It has just the perfect amount of stretch, and not too many details to make it look fussy. I love the crossover lapels that give it that much more of a formal tuxedo-ish look.
I kept it simple in this look by pairing delicate jewelry with the dress- stud earrings, a stud pendant and a pretty little bracelet. I wore a menswear watch and grabbed my red bag for some color, and finished with black courts. Only pointed heels can be worn with a dress like this!
Eid holidays are just around the corner and I'm looking forward to some quiet time with me, myself and I. The last few weeks have been chaotic and I'm looking forward to staying at home in my pj's, catching up with episodes of a few TV shows, and reading. Lots and lots and lots of reading.
