Aaaaand I'm back in Bahrain! But just for this week. The lease for my apartment was up and I had to come back this week and move my stuff out and transfer it to my mom's house. Which is why I haven't blogged the last few days. And now I'm sitting in my new room at my mom's place. I was counting the number of times I've shifted homes in my 27 years of living, and I counted nine. Nine! That's a lot! (Though a 29 year old recently told me he's shifted 17 times. More gypsy than me! Maybe I should run away with him.) And when I get my own place in Dubai, it'll be the tenth! Hmmm... I should probably celebrate that as some sort of milestone. And I know just how I want to celebrate. By going shoe shopping.
