I've been feeling a bit under-the-weather today, so I'm wearing a minimum-fuss outfit. I slipped into this super-comfy maxi dress and threw on my red leather jacket. I love the contrast of the girliness of the maxi dress with the fierceness of the leather jacket. You'd probably think that it's too stark of a contrast to work, but that's exactly why it does. These vintage aviator sunnies add to the boho vibe. {They were my dad's, I stole them from him and they're mine now. *evil laugh*} They're Ray-Bans and at least 30 years old. Wouldja believe the frame's wrapped in real leather!
Remember when pairing a jacket with a maxi dress, the jacket's length should be above your hips. And choose one in a colour contrasting with the dress. Push up the sleeves and you're ready to rock!
