Slouchy sweaters are in and how could I resist this one in my favorite shade of red? I teamed it with pink jeans to ensure I look completely like candy. {Red and pink. Reminds me of sweet candy. Always.} Since the entire look was simple enough- slouchy sweater + jeans + heels, I added long blingtastic earrings to up the ante. These ankle strap heels were perfect for this sweet, uber-feminine look. The neutral tan color of the heels tones down the colorfulness of the clothes.The swirly silver ring matches my earrings and I grabbed a big clutch to finish the look.
I'm wearing both my favorite colors in this look, red and pink, and I know it can look almost too sweet. Which is why my heels and my clutch are of neutral colors. So remember- if you think you look too colorful, tone it down with a few neutrals.
Jumping on to another thought, damn this year went by fast! It's 18 December today already! HOW?!
But, you know what they say- time flies when you're having fun. And I had a lot of fun this year.
And I plan to keep it that way in 2014.
