Bahrain is celebrating Eid this week and who can resist a bit of bling during this festive time? Not me! And these Aimey Silver heels from Dune London were a perfect blingy Eid treat! Finally, I have silver kicks! Haha! I paired them with a pink satin pussybow shift dress, for a chic look that's great for Eid parties {and enough room for Eid desserts!}. I can't wait to pair these heels with jeans and other casual outfits, for a dramatic contrast. A word of advice: pointy-toed shoes can be agony on the balls of your feet since there's no platform to minimise the impact, so use in-sole gel pads to make them pain-free.

The Aimey Silver heels are from the new Dune London A/W 15 collection, which has a beautiful variety of textures, shapes and colors in both their shoes and bags.

Modern styles with clean, soft lines and minimal profiles can be found, with muted palettes of grey, foundation and winter blush. I'm loving the buckles and trims on this contemporary line. Other styles reflect the 70's with classic silhouettes and on-trend fringes and tassels, in colors like warm honey, chocolate brown and fox red. There are also deep and luxurious tones of midnight blue, Bordeaux red, dusted metallic and shimmering lurex that evoke subtle glamour, and perfect for when you want to add drama to your outfit.

The flagship store at City Centre Bahrain has recently reopened after refurbishment into the brand's signature reverse catwalk concept. Meaning: as soon as you enter the store, look up! You'll see high heels on the ceiling! {I pointed to the shoes on the ceiling and told Mark, the lovely shop manager, that I want them ALL!}.

I love the new store concept- it makes the shop look sleeker, more inviting and spacious.
