Afraid to wear two colors together, ladies? Here's your solution.

Colors are nice. They're happy. They're cheerful. They're therapeutic.
But they're difficult to match on your body. It's easy to team a bright top with neutrals like black, white, cream and tan. But it's hard to decide what color to wear as a bottom when you're already wearing a colorful top, or vice versa. I used to struggle with matching colors, but with practice, {and a lot of mistakes} I got the hang of it.

So I thought I'd share my experience with you by making a few swatch cards of two colors that I think look great together. You can wear these colors either as the top or bottom part of your outfit. Keep your handbag and shoes neutral, or if you're brave, add a third color.

I've deliberately not named them, since the names aren't important. When you're looking for a matching color you don't really go, "Canary Yellow, Canary Yellow, Canary Yellow", your eye seeks it out.

Here they are:

Tip: You can increase the intensity of one color while reducing the intensity of the other. For instance, if the violet is dark and intense, make the yellow lighter.

I'm sure you noticed most of the colors are vibrant, bright or pastels. I love these colors. They're soft, pleasing, and look great on women.

Remember, the idea is not to look like a clown, but to try and move away from too many boring grays, blacks, and whites. Hopefully now you won't be afraid to experiment with; and add more color to your wardrobe.
