A floppy hat has been on my wish list for a long time now so when I saw this black one in Forever 21 I pounced on it. The material is light and the wide brim makes it great for protecting your hair from the sun, while still looking chic. That's what I love about floppy hats. They don't make you look like a farm-hand, the way a straw hat does. This simple halter-neck tie dress is easy-to-wear and the satin feels soft and comfy against the skin. I matched the colors of the heels, the bangles and the earrings to a color in the pretty print on the dress. The red handbag adds a pop of color to the entire look. It's hilarious how in this outfit the only things I bought are the hat, the handbag and the shoes. What can I say? I have amazing friends and family!
