Draped navy

I've always had a thing for halter-necks and the fall and color of this dress makes it a great one to wear on a night out. I love the elegance that comes with the overlapping panels in the front, and the built-in necklace that hooks at the back. The rest of the dress is simple and understated, and looks chic and classy. The material of the dress makes it great for summer and very comfortable to move around in, so you're not fussing with it the whole night and can enjoy yourself. I love a dress that moves with me! And of course, navy blue is a color you can't go wrong with.

To wear to a more formal do, you could put your hair up and wear pumps. I wore it with these metallic overlapping peep-toe heels today, and accessorized with sparkly silver jewelry. Since there's already a necklace sewn with the dress, you can have fun with different earrings. I chose small but attention-grabbing ones in this look. The cuff on my hand matches the necklace, and the statement ring on the other goes with the earrings. A silver bow clutch finished the look.

Until next time,

xoxo

  1. I'm always envious of women that can pull off that cut of dress. I don't have the body type for it! You look gorgeous.
