I wouldn't mind, but there's a 14 hour flight involved.

Last night my BFF Sabah called me from Texas. She usually calls me once a week and we have a long convo of catching up with each others lives. She's in Texas because her hubby lives there and she moved once they got married. Last night she was telling me about how she felt sad that she didn't spend enough time with me and other friends while she was here in Bahrain. She has no friends there and it's really hard making new friends.

That made me think, we really should spend more time with the people we love and care about. We usually take them for granted. I understand there are those friendships where it doesn't matter if you haven't spoken to each other for months, but when you do, it's like no time had passed. But still, time WILL go by and life will bring changes where an entire ocean (or two) will come between you. What will you do then? Regret. And that's never a good feeling. I don't have to tell you the moral of this story, I'm sure you're smart enough to figure it out.

Oh have you seen my top? It's paisley. My favourite kinda print. And these shoes. I swear they're the most comfy heels I own. (Though you'll probably see me swearing the same thing for another pair later)
