Pastels make workwear so much more bearable. No more gray suits all the time. It's wonderful that blazers are now available in so many beautiful colors. Here I've teemed a violet sleeveless top with bow detail, with a blush pink blazer and white jeans. I pushed up the sleeves and added more femininity with thin silver bangles. Neutral heels and a black handbag complete the look. And to transform this look from work to party, just loose the blazer and change the heels to more glamorous ones!
